These policies apply to the Midaan marketing website, trial workspaces, paid workspaces, platform features, Midaan AI features, support conversations, onboarding assistance, and any related service provided by Midaan.
Core policy areas
- Terms of Service define the rules for using Midaan, creating workspaces, managing accounts, assigning permissions, using subscriptions, and respecting platform limits.
- The Refund Policy explains when a refund may be reviewed, which cases are commonly excluded, and how refund requests should be submitted.
- Workspace data policies are based on keeping each customer workspace logically separated from other customers and using customer data only to operate, improve, secure, and support the service.
- Midaan AI features are productivity and decision-support tools. Their output should be reviewed by a human before it is used for final operational, commercial, legal, or managerial decisions.
Customer accounts and workspaces
The workspace owner or authorized administrator is responsible for user management, roles, permissions, uploaded data, entered tasks, internal content, and compliance with the policies and laws that apply to their own business activity.
Subscriptions, limits, and billing
The selected plan may define limits such as seats, workspaces, departments, storage, features, and monthly Midaan AI usage. Additional usage, higher limits, custom setup, or add-on services may require a separate fee, invoice, or written approval.
Trials and demonstrations

Security and acceptable use
