Acceptance of terms

Accessing the website, using the platform, creating a workspace, submitting a contact or trial request, or paying for a subscription means that you accept these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Definitions

  • Midaan means the platform, website, software, tools, services, features, and operational systems provided under the Midaan brand.
  • Customer means the company, organization, or individual that creates a workspace, requests a trial, or subscribes to the service.
  • User means any person who is invited to or uses a customer workspace.
  • Workspace means the customer's digital operating environment inside Midaan, including its settings, users, tasks, files, reports, and subscription context.

Account and workspace setup

  • Customers must provide accurate information when requesting a trial, creating a workspace, or subscribing to a paid plan.
  • Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for inviting users, assigning permissions, maintaining internal access rules, and removing access when needed.
  • Users must protect login credentials and notify Midaan promptly if they suspect unauthorized use of their account.

Acceptable use

  • The platform may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or harmful activities.
  • Users may not attempt to scan, attack, overload, reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with the service or its security controls.
  • Users may not access, copy, export, or attempt to obtain data belonging to another workspace or customer.
  • Users may not upload malicious software, illegal content, content that violates intellectual property rights, or content that violates privacy rights.

Subscriptions and plan limits

Each workspace may be governed by a subscription plan that defines available features and limits. Midaan may restrict some features when a subscription expires, usage limits are exceeded, payment is overdue, or a plan does not include a requested feature.

Midaan AI

Midaan AI features may assist with task descriptions, task quality, milestone suggestions, specialist matching, operational summaries, and similar productivity workflows. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before final use. Customers remain responsible for decisions made using AI-assisted output.

Customer data

  • Customer data and workspace content remain the responsibility of the customer or the organization the customer represents.
  • Midaan uses customer data only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, maintain, improve, and support the service, or to comply with applicable obligations.
  • Midaan uses reasonable organizational and technical measures to separate customer workspaces and protect workspace data.

Intellectual property

Midaan retains all rights to its software, interfaces, brand assets, design systems, workflows, documentation, and platform technology. Using the service does not grant the customer any right to copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform outside the subscribed use.

Availability and support

Midaan aims to provide a stable and secure service. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, security events, third-party infrastructure, or circumstances beyond Midaan's control. Support response level may vary by plan, agreement, and request priority.

Suspension or termination

Midaan may suspend or terminate access if a customer or user violates these terms, creates security risk, misuses the service, materially fails to pay, or causes harm to the platform or other users. Customers may request cancellation according to the applicable subscription or billing process.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Midaan is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, lost opportunities, business decisions, or consequences arising from use of the service, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Updates to these terms

Midaan may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update is published means acceptance of the updated terms, unless the change requires a separate notice or approval under an applicable written agreement.
