Data we may collect

  • Workspace information such as team members, departments, roles, tasks, projects, files, reports, and settings added by the customer.
  • Limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, error logs, and performance signals needed for service stability and security.

  • To create and configure the customer's workspace according to the agreed business needs.
  • To operate platform features, manage permissions, and provide technical support when requested by the customer or when operationally necessary.
  • To maintain service stability and security and resolve errors without using customer content for advertising or marketing purposes.
  • To comply with applicable obligations or protect the service from misuse when necessary and only to the minimum extent required.

Workspace data confidentiality

Midaan does not access workspace content or customer files as part of normal use. When technical access is strictly necessary for setup or support, data is handled under limited permissions by a limited number of specialists while preserving its confidentiality and encryption.

Midaan AI

Midaan AI features work only on the content the user chooses to improve or analyze inside the workspace. Midaan does not use this content for advertising purposes, and the output remains an assistant to the customer rather than a replacement for customer review and final decisions.
