Refund Policy

This policy explains how Midaan reviews refund requests for subscriptions, renewals, add-ons, setup services, and paid workspace features.

Review period after first payment

A customer may request a refund review within 7 calendar days from the first paid subscription payment, provided the workspace has not received substantial custom setup, special configuration, training, data migration, or significant service usage during that period.

Commonly eligible refund cases

  • Duplicate payment for the same workspace or invoice caused by a technical issue.
  • Failure to activate a paid service within a reasonable time due to a confirmed issue on Midaan's side.
  • Early cancellation during the review period with limited usage and no executed custom setup or special onboarding work.

Commonly non-refundable cases

  • Subscriptions that have been actively used after the review period.
  • Custom development, special setup, onboarding, training, migration, consulting, or configuration work after execution has started.
  • Purchased add-ons, increased limits, or consumed Midaan AI quota activated at the customer's request.
  • Cancellation caused by violation of the Terms of Service or misuse of the platform.

Renewals

Recurring renewal fees are generally non-refundable after the subscription cycle begins, except in cases such as duplicate payment or confirmed technical billing error. Customers should request cancellation of the next renewal before its due date according to the applicable subscription process.

Partial refunds or service credit

Midaan may, at its fair discretion, approve a partial refund or alternative service credit in special cases such as a verified service issue, plan downgrade, or unused paid add-on that has not been activated or consumed.

How to submit a refund request

  • Send the request to info@midaanhq.com or through the official support channel available to your workspace.
  • Include the workspace or company name, the billing email, invoice or payment reference if available, payment date, and reason for the request.
  • Midaan may request additional information to verify the payment, workspace ownership, or service usage before processing the request.

Processing time

Midaan aims to review refund requests within 5 to 10 business days after receiving the required information. The time for funds to appear may vary based on the payment method, bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

Effect on service access

If a refund is approved, the paid subscription may be cancelled, downgraded, or limited from the date the refund is processed. Some paid features, add-ons, or workspace limits may stop being available.
